Sweaty Johnson is a small business built on accuracy, craft, and accountability. If something is not right, we want the opportunity to correct it. We accept returns on any Sweaty Johnson product within thirty days of delivery, as long as we can confirm the item is ours and it is in reasonable condition.

To begin a return, send your order number and a brief note to support@sweatyjohnson.com. A member of our team will reply with next steps. Once the item arrives and is inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method.

If you need a different size or would prefer another style, we can arrange an exchange. Let us know what you need, and we will assist you.

Back Room items are final sale. These products come from limited runs, discontinued styles, or archived inventory. Because quantities are fixed and no restocks are planned, we cannot accept returns on these pieces.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days. We will review the issue and resolve it at our expense.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the problem originated with us. When the fault is ours, we cover the cost.
